About Sam
Sam is a 2019 RADA Graduate from London.
He started acting in 2013 with the National Youth Theatre, whose values of ensemble and physical story telling led him to work with the company again at the Common Wealth Games in 2014 and then to Assistant Direct his own NYT Intake Course in 2017.
He did a foundation diploma course in New York at The American Academy of Dramatic Art. While there he was exposed to the work of The NY Group Theatre practitioners, which ignited his passion for actors craft.
Upon leaving AADA he was awarded the Charles Jehlinger award for Best Actor.
As an actor Sam has always found himself gravitating towards groundbreaking, daring work. At the NSDF he played the lead in a Production of Simon Stephen’s Punk Rock that went on to win Best Ensemble at the festival in 2014 and he recently played Ian in Sarah Kane’s Blasted in a RADA production collaborating with Graeae Theatre Company.
Sam is a keen collaborator and improviser who is also an experienced guitar player and singer.
